Our 50 minute standard Stretch provides a much deeper and complete stretch experience! Our certified stretch therapists help you to improve flexibility, muscle tightness, blood flow, and wellness. The 50 minute Stretch experience begins with assessing your current flexibility and areas of pain, then taking you through our signature stretch routine and ending with our Therabody compression boots. Our athletic stretch is recommended for optimal athletic performance goals. This stretch will push your limits to significantly improve your flexibility, blood flow, balance, and overall wellness. This stretch is not recommended for everyone.
